lifter tick except opposite

when i sart my car its fine but after its warmed up and im in like a drive threw i ntice a tick sound constant, it get faster with the rpms and disapers after 1500 rpms help?

its pretty common to happen for a few seconds during start up , try changing your oil then going to a slightly heavier oil like 10-40w.castrol or quakerstate does well in the 2.4l.

it doesnt do it during start up tho

it could be that you have a collapsed lifter and u need to replace it

mine has that sound only during start up sometimes but once it's warmed up it's great. haven't heard it the past day or 2 since i just got my oil changed

i just changed my oil about 300 miles ago, also it just kindo of ticks when i park my car and turn it off
