Ac compressor issue

My problem is that my ac clutch wont engage. The yellow light comes on when i push the botton on. Im thinking that, maybe the clutch relay is bad.Problem is i dont know where it is.Please help. Im in south florida and it is hot as HELL.

do myou have freon in the system the clutch wont engage if you dont have freon , because of the sensor, and my lite is green why is yours yellow?
