Removal Of 02 Rear Bumper

Does anyone have experience removing the rear bumper of the 8G?? I know there are four bolts on top under the trunk lid latch, and two underneath the bumper.... but it wouldn't come off. then after my brain lapse, I realized that there are connection points between the quarter panel and rear bumper, but i can't seem to get my hand in there... HELP!!!! :smt021

the ones in the quarter panel are accessible thru the trunk. Pull back the side trim that covers the tail lights and reach your hand down as far is it will go, thats where they are.
