so i decided to change my grill..paint it black maybe put a mesh grill...so this is the lates..i painted it with spray paint but i might paint it with some other kinda paint...also the holes on the mesh look a little too big...suggestions please???

haha thanks yall..i mean i didnt know what mesh to get and 44 cents wasn't gonna kill me so i just bought it..imma see if they got samaller mesh tomorrow..Haha ivory i was thinkin the same thing earlier(with the black mesh) but i wasn't sure if it was gonna come out lookin good lol..but anyways thanx for your guys input and all

yeah definately go smaller. that looks like a steel fence.

Go to Home Depot and get a strip of Gutter Guard. 99 cents, durable. Scuff it up with sand paper, paint it was a few coats of Caliper paint. It'll hold up and look legit.

okay so i got the gutter guard its ready to be put on but idk what to use...like glue?..or is their some other kind of thing i need to use to stick the mesh on the grill?

no what i did was I shaped the mesh to the grill, kinda like a big halfpipe on either side (two separate pieces)
then i cut out what wasn't necessary but left the parts stick up that made the halfpipe where the grill clip arm things are. I then drilled a small hole on each of the grill clip arms and tied it down with fishing line lol. It holds on perfectly. I dunno if i can get any clear pictures of what I did for you lol

yeah i know what your sayin i have two pieces shaped on it perfectly..i just put jb weld and it didnt hold so im not expecting super glue to work lol..

i think what everyone is suggesting would look better. you did some good work with the bigger wire but the smaller wire will maybe fix the look of what you were aiming for better. i might do that one soon but we will see.

What you got there is what we Kansans call chicken wire, keeps the coyotes from gettin to the chickens :)
but no for real way smaller and i would keep it silver.
