BGR's Tutorial on Gauge Installation

I was looking over the BGR's instructions and was wondering what is that glowing thing next to the wheel? I bought a set off Polo https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif and going to put them in when I get them and was wondering what was that, he didn't mention that in the guide. How easy is it??

It is used to change the guages from green to blue. You just stick it on anywhere. Me I have mine under the steering wheel so that you can not see it.
