$586 is not really on a budged or any cat back or complete exhaust. If you on a budget, get just the muffler, otherwise look to spend over 350.

Click here (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=WLK%2D19390&N=700+400358+4294924642+4294908110+4294920008+3270 44+115&autoview=sku) for a Dynomax cat-back made for the Dodge Stratus coupe. I have the same one on my Galant. Fits almost perfectly, just need to move around one of the hangers on the car by unbolting it and bolting it back up in a different direction.

I got a custom 3" mandrel bent exhaust with a magnaflow muffler for 425 dollars... I'd check your local muffler shop to see if they will make you one... it may be cheaper that way.

you can head to one of your local car shops and ask the parts counter for universal performance muffler cost around 50-80 bucks depending on the model..... I like the rounded bullet with the 4inch outlet number 63-2109 by 3aracing.....

I got a custom catback from a local shop near me, I eliminated all the resonators and got a muffler with it, I think they used either 2.25 or 2.5 and it only ran me 200, they did a great job, only problem is that there are no breaks in it so if I need to take it off Im sol, but it sounds good and was a small HP increase I think

You get what you pay for...You can go with the budget universal straight through muffler for under $100 and expect to replace it in a year or so when the fiberglass in it burns out and it sounds like a fart can. Or you can spend some up front money now and get a Dynomax or a Magnaflow or a Megan and have an exhaust that's going to last and won't sound like a rice rocket. Do a search. There are as many opinions as there are memebers, but if you read the posts, you'll see the best deals..
