Some of the Club 3G guys want to go to Starved Rock State Park.

Its a bit farther south, so for those of us northern guys would you be willing to make the journey?

From what i understand is it has some really nice back roads to drive on.

But yes, mostly because they can drink alcohol. Which really isn't the environment I want.

Im voting to stay in Aurora. It seems that the only reason to go to Starved Rock is to drink and drive fast on these back roads. Doesn't sound like a good mix. IMO, If you wanna push your car, take it to a track. If you wanna drink, go to a bar. If you want to do both, well, you shouldn't have a car.

it's actually kinda pissing me off to them thinking that's the only reason why we prefer starved rock


how about....because we know where its at and its easy to find :lol: fuck if anyone here knows where that park is and theres nothing cool to see around that park. no scenic drives, no trails to hike, no restaurants if it rains on us, no nice places to take pictures, etc etc. starved rock is much better setup for a group.
