Reading Wheel Sizes:

Example Size:
15x7 4-100 40S

15 - Rim diameter in inches.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

7 - Width of rim in inches.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

4-100 - Bolt Pattern.

4 - Number of lug holes in wheel.
100 - Distance between lug holes.

Some wheels have multiple
bolt patterns.

15x7 4-100/108

This wheel fits cars with both 4-100
bolt patterns and 4-108 bolt patterns.

Uhhhhh... what the hell are you asking Brandon? You want TIRE or RIM sizes???

Brandon, if you got 17's then you want 205/45R17 tires to match the factory diameter of your factory wheels and tires, otherwise your speedo will be off.

205 is the width, you can go as wide as 225 but I wouldn't

45 is the height of the rubber from the rim, 45 plus a 17" rim will give you a near factory diameter

R17 I'll give ya one chance to answer that yourself before I bonk you on the head https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

Our factory tire size on the original rim is 185/70R14 so you do the math..
I think the first two numbers are in millimeters but then again I'm not really sure

2True, almost correct but let me correct u if u don't mind.

the first set of numbers like u said 205 is the width of the tire in millimeters.

the second set of numbers like u said 45, is not the height but actually the aspect ratio. that number has to do with the width of the tire and the height of the sidewall

and the third number is the size of the rim.

Ya, 225/40R17 should work, you will be going like 1-2mph slower than what your speedo says.

The LS came with 15's BEAST, you could also get the upgrade for the other models.
