photoshop help!

can someone here be able to make the wheel color oem sti gold(or something similar) and give me a 1.5" drop in the front and a 1" drop in the back...

yes i kno the wheels are not anything great but i dont think i am going to change them unless i find a good deal on some used rims since i am not going to keep this car for long...

if i need the car in a different angle or the way it is pictured better just say because i really wanna see how this car will look....

all the help will be appreciated...thanks....
