car was a victim of hit and run (jan 08 ).... luckily my neighbor saw the idiot who reversed on my driver side front bumber,
small crack,...well, finally tracked the dude down after two days, confronted the idiot and got 750 dollars out of it,
just slapped on a vfiber cyber 2 body kit, 17in blackedout bbs on 225/40/r17....
working on getting a grill for it, intake, and jdm fog lights, any suggestion on which parts are best for my car

depends what you mean by parts. Looks or performance? Get a good set of lowering springs and a good set of shocks/struts, or go with coilovers, thats probably one of the best modifications you can do to any car.

got them 2 7" dvd on headrest, 2 in drop on tein springs, tanabe exhaust,.... looking more for looks rite now, first and foremost looking for a grill,... baught a grill on ebay but dont fit on my 03, looking to customize it but its 1/2 inche short on both end to headlight...

Thats because it's probably a JDM grill, you'll need JDM headlights to make the grill fit properly, or you can be like me and run a JDM grill with gaps on each side. Mine is temporary.
