Bored, did some stuff to the G

So today did a lil work to the galant. swapped out the shifter. Had a T-bar style shifter from ractive and swapped it out for this ractive one to match the ebrake handle. WHat do yall think? Should I shorten the shifter some more, or should I put a matchin shifter boot on it? Also made at carpeted deck to go on the trunk lid. I know the fatmat looks kinda bad, but hey it works. (Not to mention its a work out tryin to lift the trunk now. Must have add about 30 - 40 lbs.) Im going to go back and make it look more visually appealing.

The 02 parts car that I had had a pocket like picture above with no ash try and the two covered outlets.

That's easy to do. Remove ashtray and get you another outlet from another galant and just swap out your cigarette lighter.

Hey man good to see another member in SC. Like the work you doing to the G there. Also I just bought a 2nd 8G this past weekend. It's and 03 and it's set up like his, as far as the "non-smokers" package. It looks the same way as pictured. It's a real good look compared to my 99's setup.

i have two cigarette lighters and an ash tray and mine is 02

I don't think there was a "non-smokers" package. I think it was the reverse. It became standard to not have the ashtray and lighter. If you wanted them, you bought the "smokers" package as an option. I think it was rather expensive...like $80 or so.

Yea the previous owner should have got the smokers package, burns & holes everywhere. I just use the empty spot to hold my cell phone. bigmoneyday what part of SC you from.

My 03 has the 2 outlets and no ashtray. I love the way it looks too.
