The mounting tab broke off and tore a hole in my intake...

yea, happened on the intake on my sebring, go get steel putty and use it to re-attach it.

It's cracked pretty bad. I'm not going to worry about it. I'll just get a SRI or another CAI. I just took that part off and made it a SRI for now, but I have no way to mount it properly.

who makes your intake and how old is it? maybe contact the manufacturer and they might be able to help you.

yea i it is name brand there should be some type of warranty...if not just get another, i wouldnt even bother trying to fix that really...if course its doable but probroblly not worth the price to do right and jb weld will look like crap even if it works good
