i whava 99esv6 white galant and saw the http://www.tricktape.com/product.asp?0=378&1=385&3=995 ('http://www.tricktape.com/product.asp?0=378&1=385&3=995') on the black out tail light thing. Could i put white tape on my headlights n taillights? that would look so weird white and white it would be like theres no lights! Well anyways would people be able to see my turn signals? Mabe ill try it if its not to illigal u think it would look good. I think itll jst look weird as hell.

i have a black galant and black trick tape on it, it only block 10% of your light output but it looks great at the day time and at night we cant even tell its there, i will try to post a pic of it tomorrow.

Hmmm... interesting idea!

What does the trick tape leave on the headlights if you decided to take it off later? Also does anyone know if it colors the light while your driving? (ie. if you have red tape it make the light look more reddish...)

Anyone know of any "colored clear" trick tape rather than the opaque they sell on above website?

Thanks! https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

Seems like a good idea for my fogs also. I got yellow bulbs but they don't yield the kind of yellow light I prefer (like the Lexus fogs). Good find!

here's another idea. go to the auto parts store and just buy some pin stripping. then just cover ur headlights iwth that. kinda works just like the trick tape

like pinoy said...it's perforated vinyl...meaning there are little holes all through it...I recently put black on my headlights and it looks tight...installation is very similar to window tint. during the day, it looks like I have blackouts, but at night, you can't tell it's on...and it's some heavy duty shit. no it does not change the output color and to answer the other question, when you decide to take it off, the worst problem you would have would be the adhesive...a little rubbing alcohol should take care of it...if not use ammonia. Hope that clears everything up...I'll have pics when it stops snowing for more than 5 minutes.
