View Full Version : non cf hoods?

I love the evo style hood for the galant but I do not want carbon fiber. Don't want to deal with the price, the stress fractures, or the warping. I just want a normal hood with the evo style. Is there one made? I've yet to find one looking through sites so I'm not hopeful. Any help would be nice. Thanks.

no only fg and cf are made in that style...really the only way to go about getting that style is to buy just the vents which would more then likely be fiberglass and mold them to the stock hood, then have it repainted

as far as the stress marks etc...as long as the hood is fitted correctly (either by the mold itself or cutting to fit) and you use good hoodpins where most of the problems occour you should be alright
