George's G - Phase 2.0 - The Dark Age (2008 and beyond)

Slowly but surely my G will be undergoing a transition to a much darker look, so keep an eye on this thread....

Today was the start:

-Black Calipers
-17" 3G Eclipse (03 GTS painted black) Wheels with 225/45/17 Falken Ziex 912's
(Tire is very smooth, grips extremely well for an all-season, somewhat predicitable but stiff in the turns and comfortable on the highway)

With hot sun and humidity, using two cans of brake cleaner and almost a full can of caliper paint, here's the result of 6 hours of work but I didn't get a chance to wash it. (Yes, the center caps only match on each side, I'll fix it soon)

looks great George. How about some black lug nuts? I got them on the rear of my 8G, gotta put them on the front too. It looks pretty sick, like there is nothing holding the wheels on

Darker theme, huh? You need to get your windows tinted and get rid of the chrome around the windows for sure. Looking good so far.
