A glass pack is a straight through muffler with fiberglass packed around the central part. A cat back is an exhaust system that replaces the entire exhaust of your vehicle from the catalytic converter to the tip. Get a catback.

Wow! You seriously asked that question and nobody flamed you....amazing. In the future, you may want to educate yourself a bit before posting a question like that. I'm guessing that's not your car in your avatar is it?

the cheap way is to just get a muffler, if you want something good and have the $$$ then get a greddy evo2 cat back system.

I think you should get a whissle tip! Or if you are really trying to up the performance get one of those LED exhaust tips.

I doubt you are going to get much more then more noise out of either of them without a header and a high flow cat. But I am only speaking from working on other cars, still dont know much about the G.
