totalled... wtf?
I wouldn't pay to have a 7g salvaged/ repaired.
I could have fixed the black GS, but i didn't want to have to deal with the bullshit of a flexing/ comprimised uni-body.
I bought a new GS and am better off, minus the 3k$ paintjob.

The way the front fender is bent up like that looks like front apron section of the car needs replacing. Its a $$$ piece and getting it fitted and welding back in is some work too.

The brackets where the reinforcment would bolt to is considered part of the frames "crumple zone". Looks like its pushed in a good amount and might of effected the frame.

Too really see if the unibody has really been compromised is a good frame diagnostic machine would give a solid answer. If you can find visiable signs like the door not shutting or sealing correctly, areas of the car that look shifted, etc etc...then its safe to say the frame has been compromised.

that actually doesn't look awful. man that sucks. pop your hood and look around to where all the seams are.
they are the places where two sheets of metal meet and then they are riveted and sealed with a bead of epoxy.
look and see if that bead looks cracked or shifted in any of your seams on the drivers side, thats an indicator of more damage.
Damn man your ride still looks hot, even when all beat up and mangled lol.

the door shuts great, when i drove it away form the scene there was no vibrate at all. I drove normally. U oughta saw the look my face wen she said $6500. But the insurance specs on body damage are always super high. I hop that bead thing is intact though

oh and my HIDs made it thu. thank GOD

from the pics it really doesnt look terrible, frame seems to be ok but again that would have to be determined upon further investigation, it prob wont be cheap but from he pics i would say more then likely fixable
