Top ones, and the wheels should be repairable. I've seen wheels with 6 inch cracks repaired, and look brand new, and are structurally sound.

Call them, they should be able to refinish the wheel, if not, I'm sure I can find other places.

Yes, I've heard of Wanli. Not really good all seasons. I'd suggest something else. But get a budget in mind and I can help direct you better then.

oh,im not going to use the 17' rims during fall or winter.since i am going to be using the ones i have right now during winter and fall.so i just need tires that are good in rain and dry of course.because right now,i have wanli tires on the rims and one is really worn out so i was wondering if wanlis are any good before i purchase another set.so would the wanlis be good for just rain and dry?
edit:and my budget would be like $100 per tire, not sure if i can get anything good with that budget.but i think each tire for a wanli would be $65(?) i think.

For the money they'd be a decent buy. Personally, I'd spend a little more and get a nicer name brand and nicer performing tire.
