Someone private messaged me about swapping IAC's so I figured Id post it up, and maybe people can give some input.
I already tried a work around. However now that I rethink it..It may have worked except the throttle cable was too tight.
First off, check these pictures before anything.. 1g TB is on left.

Now you can see the passeges and how they differ, The opening for the actual motor that allows air through on the 4g64 is square, so what I did was fill in half of the passege that would normaly gets filled with antifreeze on the 1g, this way I could mount up the 4g64 IAC with its square hole that would half be over the water passege. So now I could mount them up without sucking in antifreeze, I thought maybe I would have blocked off too much and that no air would be able to suck in through the IAC, but I was wrong, somehow, someway too much air was sucking in!
Car started fine but idled at 3k. You cant adjust BISS screw for that it only goes +-250rpm. But now that I think about it, the 1g TB might be a tad fatter then the 4g64, meaning the throttle cable was pulled a little too much, and had the car over reving at idle. I think maybe WED it suposed to be like 40 degrees outside maybe ill swap them again and this time start the car without the throttel cable connected. See where it idles, if its still way high I think I will block off one of the holes that passes air through the plate.
I would really REALLY like to get this to work and I know a lot of other people want it too, 1g TB is 60mm, 4g64 is a mere 52.
Also notice I had to make a thing to be able to mount up the air intake tube, because the 1g TB uses a seperate elbow, and its reall small, so I made one out of a can of tomato sauce and some sheet metal https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif
