Galant years??

I have a 2000 LS V6 Galant.
I'm looking to buy rotors and pads and I have to choose from "2/1998-5/2000" or "6/2000-2001" when specifying my vehicle. I'm assuming "5" is for May and "6" is for June.
How the hell am I supposed to know when my car was born?

First option is for dual piston calipers and the 2nd option is for single piston calipers.
