If, how it shines and are there any troubles with it?

No, but they're about $200 cheaper than my first Philips-brand HID kit I bought about 8 years ago and $100 cheaper than my 2nd set. (my 3rd set was only $57 shipped, LOL) (none of mine where projectors)

it seems to be a retro fit kit which has a cut off that moves to give you high beams

those are definately not Acura TL projectors. I dont know how they can get away with advertising that. it looks more like a driving light. Im skeptical of this kit.
