sure it can! as long as he doesn't turn the turbine on a public road... it's still got the original engine and drivetrain.

Lol you want to know something funny, the company that i work for makes all the components for that engine, they still use them haha. Not even kidding, we make all the components for Rolls Royce turbine engines.

umm... i don't think the companies that make these types of vehicles worry too much about the people that are not willing to spend that kinda of cash for an exclusive (and thuis expensive) toy like the Y2K. the demand is there and there are plenty of people in this country (and the world) that are willing to shell out BIG bucks for stuff like this. i love rich people.
