Hows the best way to do a burn out? and is drive the best gear to be in?

Just get on some wet ground and pull the ebrake up a enough that you don't go far. Just enough for you to move a little. Just put it in drive.

I think the bleach is to increase the heat factor between tire and cement. It's a chemical reaction of sorts...
