I registerd in Oct of 2007, G-Spot and a few others from the Houston area know me from Club3g. I got tboned back in Sept of last yr and am still working of fixing the Eclipse. In the mean time my sister gave me her 8G, will be looking for some parts since she got hit in the drivers and rear door.. plus I'm gonna mod it a bit for a daily driver. Just figured I'd say hello since I've been a member over a year but never posted. If I seem like a post whore for the first 50, don't kill me, I just need to get to the MarketPlace forum..haha

That would be a lot of work for me to remove the shell of the doors and in the end not worth it. Might be cheaper if you get it localy.

My car has cancer too. Right on the bottom inside of my driver's side door where the metal is folded upwards. Looks pretty bad, but I just got a can of dupli-color rust killer. Hopefully it stops the rust from moving. It changes the rust into black "primer."

Ok, so I've ben absent for awhile. Finally got the doors from a local yard.. Friend got them mounted for me and we started sanding the car down to get prepped for paint. I'll post some pics when I get the chance and some works in progress.

Looking foward to modding and getting the "free car" up and running for the wife to use..

I may take you up on that just to check the car out.. it was my sisters and hasn't been driven in quite a while..Car still has to be inspected and registerd.

the AC still works tho', and I'm almost to the point to where a ticket is worth a cool ride to work..

I'm going to be looking for springs and some replacement shocks, maybe a CAI/Headers/Exhaust... rims and body kit will be later.
