Can you say WHIPPPPP LASH. The tranny holds up great, everything was done. New clutches made with better material, valve body, LSD differential, torque converter and more. Rev limiter is set @ 9000 rpm and this f*#% car pulls all the way through.

who did the tranny Level 10 in NJ? I know a few 8g's ran their tranny back in the day and it was junk. Maybe they stepped their game up. The only way I would go auto is if I had a drag only car. I think a FWD auto car would be pretty damn fast at the track. It would be easier to tune the traction control on the AEM. did you tune the AEM to control the tranny? I have an auto so I never messed with it.

im sure its fast as hell just from the built auto tranny and i think i have an idea what it runs just on what little info was given but ill keep that to myself. is she planning on going to e-town this summer? i would love to see that!

im surprised that shes riding on 18's though given the capability of that car and having to have to deal with nyc streets because we all know they suck ass especially in the winter. i think she would be better off with a set of sporty 17's and raise the ride height slighty. i know she is also going for that hot car look too which is cool too but you have to sacrifice here and there when building a high hp car because having the right wheel/tire combo and suspension tuned just right would benefit that car extremely.

anyway i remember you guys came down to the corona park meet last summer. its was cool of you guys to show up and i really liked that accord that rode along too. does it have a page on cardomain that you can pm? my girl has one but she wont let me touch it.

I never brought the car to the dyno. Reason being that my time is highly limited and my car is a DAILY DRIVER. YES- our shitty galants were made to be daily drivers however, I am the chick that wanted to build my car because I wanted to take on a project that was unique in itself. However, now that it is running ... and very well at that... I need my car every day to take me to the hospital and back... I have little time for car leisure activity. So, its hard to say how much its making-so sorry guys! no numbers. One day.. maybe this summer... depending on how things go.

Who knows about turbo's on here? Do you know the difference between a turbo with a small backhousing and a huge backhousing? Think about that and then if you want to know what mine is... let me know and I will surely answer. And that just might answer your question about why it takes a while to get moving until at high rpms.

Actually, that was a great observation that was made... because DRIVING the car, I feel the same way. It takes a while to get the car 'upstairs' but once its up there... its ridiculously fast... i swear all passengers heads fall back to the headrest of the chair once its movin. That is just a descrip of how it feels inside the car... but again, no dyno to demonstrate such. Soon I will do that, but even when I do, I dont think you will know about it unless u cool with me and see me around -b/c I don't think I like the vibes on here... People who have nothing to do in Oklahoma might have shit to say anyway. U must be ugly as fcuk too - with no1 to satisfy ur needs but ur pet squirrel.
