Ripp Off??

I was looking for upgrades and came across this electronically powered turbo. It looks pretty cheap to me and i saw a disscusion that pertained too something like this in earlier postings. I just wanted to get more opinons on this, like is it a ripp or something that won't be that noticeable.

Those things are nothing but a bilge motor for boats. Yes they may come apart and break inside your engine. I would pass and use your money on something else.
