penis on my car. cleaning suggestions?

someone drew a penis on my car in normal blue pen. I know who it was and I can't wait to see his car :smt040.

I've been scrubbing it with a toothbrush and handsoap but its not really coming off. what should I use that wont wreck paint?

in seriousness, i'd start off with a clay bar, and then if that doesn't work, i'd go with something more harsh like polishing compound. rubbing compound if you really need to but i think you'd be fine with the clay bar in all honesty.

M3 rubbing compound on a soft cloth. Cleans up everything but leaves the paint intact if you don't overdo it.

I'd claybar it, then follow with pre-wax cleaner.
that will lift it out just fine w/o abrasives.

then go ahead and clean your whole car and wax it.

do not let the pre-wax cleaner dry, or any abrasive such as polish or rubbing compounds.

the ONLY thing you should ever let dry is wax. period.

I got a better idea for revenge (Im waiting to do this to one of my roommates).... Walmart sells reflective tape meant for mailboxes n shit to increase night visibility. Draw a huge penis on the side of the dudes car with the reflective tape, that way whenever he pulls up at an intersection at night any cars that drive by will see this massive penis on the side of his car and he really wont be able to see it!

Clay bar should definitely do the trick, Ive had the same problem. So many kids are always around my car. Ive seen them put everything from permanent ink markers, pens, pencils to chalk on my car. The clay bar got the majority of it all off. Only thing i think Ive had problems getting off before is spray paint.

Lol both, my cousin lived with us for some time, and they have a 2 yr old son. Also, my cousins sister has a 3 yr old and a 7 yr old that my mom babysits while she has to work. I know this thread is older than shit, but for you guys way, way overthought this whole marker removal thing.
Most any alcohol will remove permanent marker in about five seconds. No clay bar, no rubbing compound, no toofbrushes needed. :smilegrin:
You can also run another marker over the old one and that will also allow you to wipe it off, if you don't have alcohol.
