Did you just get that painted? The paint job looks really nice.

If you're vain (or not :D) get some nice wheels to complement the exterior. I'd recommend something in flat/matte silver or gunmetal, 17" or larger.

I'd say start small and work your way up. Some of these are more labor intensive, some are more money intensive:

Intake - cold air intake or short ram intake, whichever you prefer
Exhaust - cat back or at least a tip if you just want it to look nice from the
rear (like your mum  )
Suspension - Front strut bar/brace, rear sway bar
- Coilovers - spring/strut assemblies that you can adjust to lower
your car. They also come with adjustable dampers, so you can
customize the ride firmness/comfort.
Interior - You can recolor your interior by removing/cleaning/painting the trim
and headliner (and seats if they're fabric)
Lighting - Go to DDM tuning (ddmtuning.com) and get a set of HID
headlights. I purchased the 6000K H4 hi/low set for just under $100.
You won't regret it. Your car will take H4 bulbs (9003 equivalent).
- LEDs are fun. Order some really bright ones online and put them
behind the gauge cluster and under the console shifter.
- Gauge faces - speedhut.com will make you some custom ones for
around $60, or you can get some AC Autotechnic S7 gauge faces
for $70-80 on ebay. I have those, and they look really nice.

Pretty much all this stuff has pictures in the member rides section. Just look around. If you have questions about anything in particular, use the "search" function first, then ask if you don't find the answer to your question.

Also, a good first step is to get the service manual. Your first assignment is to find it on this forum. Go to search, and enter "service manual." :)

Good luck. Just remember: be polite, ask nicely, and you shall receive. I was in your shoes a very short time ago, and I'm still a n00b compared to most of these people. They're a great resource if you don't abuse them. :D
