Im running 205/40's on my 17's and my car isn't lowered and the inside of the front tires are bad as hell I mean wires are showing and everything what I want to know is my alignment out of whack or do I need to by some camber kits.

Well, definitely get it cheked, ASAP. Just wheels without a drop, unless you go to some off-the-wall size/combo, isn't going to throw your alignment off.

First replace the tire and dont drive on it anymore if youre down to the metal frame of the tire.

next, get an alignment. Have all your parts checked out for any damage that may have led you to your current tireware. That happend to me on my Mazda MX-6, I was going thru tires every 6 months on my driver side front. It ended up being that I had some damaged parts that needed to be replaced. After that no problems.
