I'm surprised this thread is still around. I almost gave up updating this thread because no one wants to chime in on my build compared to the other builds posted here. Sheesh c'mon, no matter how hard I put together my engine, my sweat stitching my interior, and my trunk setup, TGC will always remember my half ass'd front lip so therefore my WHOLE car is half ass'd. Real childish, real childish. I'll post future updates for those who still care or have the decency to care....

The harness bar came from Ebay "Universal Seat Harness Bar" $115 shipped. Its application is pretty much any car without an automatic seatbelt (cica 1980's cars). So far, it's just me and xd_01 with this bar. Easy to install. I'll post pics Saturday.

Well, I finished installing it only took 1 hour didn't break a sweat. It does not come with instructions but it's pretty self explanitory.

a shop has to install them if you want that professional look. a lot of shop here in texas do em. a shop would charge $250-$350, or you can do them yourself but to much of a hassel it was a bitch doing my homeboys on his STS. honestly their getting played out already. i think they still sell the mercedes lights on ebay for like $100 but i dont remember though.

Just dremel your mirrors for the lights, run the wires to your blinkers, fiberglass it, and paint..

the dash itself is untouched but the vinyl was painted with high temp paint w/ ceramic to keep it from cracking

Any leather dye would work I got them at the arts and craft store. Basically, I had to cover my entire garage with plastic paint covers and for paint protection I bought some disposable paint overalls from the paint shop. Those dye can splash onto anywhere at any given time so you have to be extra careful not to get it on places you don't want it dyed.

- removed Megan Racing lower tie bar for another Megan Racing lower tie bar (wtf?)

Progress springs should have about a 2" drop. If you are on stock struts, you'll really like the drop (looks wise). With AGX, I was a little disappointed, especially since I've removed some weight with the 5 speed swap.

Sorry about resurrecting this trend.. If you use belt harness bars, do you know if you can still recline the seats back and forth? Is there a limitation how far back you can move the seats?
