turbo set up question

hey guys im going to start doing a new turbo set up in my G. i wanted to do a set up with a half a radiator and the turbo facing outward sticking out next to it. would this be safe for a daily driving car??

our cars run hot. You only see 1/2 radiators on Hondas. In fact, I was watching an Integra dyno the other day and they had to have like 3 fans blowing into the engine bay because the 1/2 radiator wasnt cooling fast enough. Meanwhile I have my stock 8g radiator and i only needed 1 fan during my dyno tuning. My aux fans didnt even kick in.
