View Full Version : Plastic thing on front Driver side (under the car)

Ok, I think the name of this thing is a engine splash cover or something. I've noticed that a lot of Galants around here have this plastic thing dangling under the car near the left front tire. WHAT IS THIS CALLED? mine fell off yesterday and I would like to replace it.

I have all those descriptions for it, I am showing the same part# for both the left and right side, so just be specific when ordering. OEM list retail price $8.05


EDIT

This is the one that kinda hangs under the trans or engine depending on which side. It mounts under the frame rail.

Its not in the wheel well, its under the engine, inboard of the front left tire. I would take a pic of it but the thing fell off.

Yep that's the one I'm talking about. Partstrain.com doesn't seem to have it.

Yeah it had happened to me too and I'm still with this hanging there LOL..!!!

Same, I always wondered if it was just mine... looks goofy as hell the way it's just hangin there, it looks broken.

i guess i'm lucky since mine isnt hanging but glad you got yours fixed
