Mitsubishi changes 2003 Galant Spoiler?

I was looking at some pictures at Car Domain and I noticed that Mitsubishi has changed the spoiler on the 2003 Galant. The new spoiler seems to be low profile compared to the old spoiler. I think Mitsubishi changed the height of the spoiler because Auto Reviewers used the bash the spoiler saying that it took away from the look of the car and it was over the top and looked like a pinic basket handel. I dont think they had to change it but the 2003 spoiler is not bad at all I like it.

You guys be the judge which one do you like better:

I kinda like the new one more, but thats just me.

Well I have a 2003 GTZ and my spoiler is the same as all of yours. That blue Galant has an aftermarket spoiler most likely from an Accord.

I have seen that spoiler on a couple of the cars around! I think it is a dealer option now? Not sure...

I just checked the mitsu webpage, and it shows the same spoiler as before.

ya ive seen it on a lant the other day it realy dosent look that bad at all if you see it in person.

Yeah,....this guy in my apartment has one just like that but his is a 99-2000 because he has the old grill but his car is completly stock,..not even tint.

Hey guys I just got my '03 GTZ and the spoiler is the same as the older models, it does not look like the one on this car, which does look like the accord spoiler.

That is the spoiler I have on my 2001..... Bought it from the dealership..... I kinda liked the low profile look....

So you can buy that particular spoiler from a Mistubishi dealer? I kind of like the low profile look myself!! You have to be really into spoilers to like the higher one.
