35-38 offset
Forged
Painted
From a reputable brand
Under $750

i'm not looking for VIP style i want something that can take a pounding as i plan on making this car extremely capable performance wise....

Try TireRack, they have a wheel clearance event going on now. Some REALLY nice wheels are selling for really cheap prices.
