Time: 1PM to whenever (try and arrive no later than 2)
Location: 1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406

N 40 degrees 6.109'
W 75 degrees 25.342'

From Philadelphia, New Jersey and points southeast,
via I-76 Schuylkill Expressway west:

•I-76 Schuylkill Expressway west to Exit 328A
•Stay Right and merge onto US 422 west
•Take Valley Forge exit onto Route 23 west
•Turn left at exit ramp and merge to the center lane
•Park entrance is straight through the first set of traffic lights (at intersection with N. Gulph Road)


From Baltimore, Wilmington, DE, and points southeast,
via US 202 north:•US 202 north to US 422 west
•US 422 west to Route 23 west (1.8 miles)
•Turn left at the exit ramp and merge to the center lane
•Park entrance is straight ahead


From New York and points northeast,
via the Pennsylvania Turnpike:•I-276 Pennsylvania Turnpike west to Exit 326
•Exit 326 for Valley Forge **Use the right side of the tollbooth
•Turn Right at N. Gulph Road immediately after the tollbooth
•Travel on N. Gulph Road (1.8 miles)
•Park entrance is on the left at the Route 23 traffic light

via the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

you did not indicate in the other thread whether you were coming or if you were just a "maybe" and trying to make it. The list can always be edited and is just a way of keeping track of who to expect the day of...nobody said anything about invites.

Well according to the list we should have 11 to 18, so factoring in last minute bails and people forgetting....a turnout of at least 8 or 9 will be solid. Last time we had 6 at this meet (2 7Gs and 4 8Gs).

Weather looks good *knock on wood* and should be sunny and mid 70's.

My cash is limited so if we are doing food, the cheaper the better.

Im still down, And last time i went to a meet in NJ we decided to go to Outback...I had my buddy who was with me take the G to McDonalds...all i asked for a Outback was a plate :)

Yeah they are calling for a minimum of 80's now - cruising around the park itself is cool with that many cars, but we should plan a route outside of the park on the main roads too.

202 might work, although traffic near the park / KoP mall will suck
422 is not bad but takes us nowhere
276 means tolls
76 is not that scenic

92- like Alex said, we stay til whenever, you can leave whenever you need to, but arriving around the scheduled time is best in case we move the group

Drew- Dave & Buster's is only in Philly & Franklin Mills; why not look for outdoor attractions especiialy if the weather is gonna be so nice?

most of the international students at school have HUGE cricket games on the Green. i think they might do leagues soon.

This thread and the picture thread have a lot of chit chat....your best bet is to do some outside planning (find places, research prices, days open/hours, addresses) then create a thread with a poll for dates and member availability.

Due to the heat and poor turnout the Valley Forge meet was nothing super extravagant. Last time we were there we drove around the park and did several photo shoots.
