Hey Guys,
I recently bought the Evo Hood off of Cali's (Noel) hands. Now I was going to put it on last week, but I had some questions about the install. Instead of taking off the stock hood and all that crap, I just took off one bolt and brought it in the house to do a test fit with the pre-drilled holes in the new Evo Hood. Now they fit and when I got to about half way down the screw, it would stop going any further and would just keep on turning. Does anyone know what just happened and do I need to get a different size bolt to use to install the hood??? I thought that you can just take off your stock hood, and then put the new Evo Hood on using the same bolts that your stock hood had?? Your help and tips is greatly appreciated!!! Hope to hear from someone soon!!!
