But if you get it done there, I recommend doing all the prep work your self, taping off and pre scuffing the surface. Also for 500.00 bucks you may not get a clear coat put over the base paint.

Educate yourself and then DIY..... But $500 wont even cover the materials, sorry.

Another option would be to hit craigslist and see of you can find an out-of-work painter thats desperate for a sidejob. but it will cost you more than $500.

It would be cheaper to leave it steel blue, i like the steel blue.
My First eclipse was that color, and it was the only one around that color.

a buddy says hes getting a paint job for 300. he gets it back this week. ill let you know how good it looks. i think its gonna look shitty though lol

Well im going to a tech here in wisconsin and we charge by what paint we use. They always come out good here but some other places ummm might not be as good. We paint cars for $500ish all the time soo just go check wit a Tech school by you and see if they have a autobody program. Then talk to the teacher and see if you can get it in. You'll have to wait till probly around aug or sept tho but its worth it.

the kit can probrobly be done for around $500. start calling up shops and getting quotes.
