I have no clue what I should do to my galant.

It is all stock except the system. I have no idea where to start and I could use some ideas. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif

Slam it, body kit, rims and tires.

Then do some engine performance.

Do a search around the forums for some good ideas. What kind of stuff are you into

Show:
Body Kit
Indiglos
Wheels
Lowering Springs/Coilovers
New Headlights
Cleared Rear Sidemarkers

Performance:
Intake
Headers
Exhaust
Jet Chip
Lowering Springs/Coilovers
Strut Bar
Supercharger

There are a lot of options for you what are you interested in doin? If you have a manual then you have an advantage if you're looking into performance.

Supercharger? What when where? Turbocharger more likely...

But first things first I would start off with some engine work! Do a search on Cold Air Intakes or CAI and you will find enough info to make on yourself for around $50-75. Next, I would do the 1g throttle body swap...Jip has a tuorial ClickHere ('http://www26.brinkster.com/faction8'). Next probably would grab some Magnecore ignition wires and some nice spark plugs. Then maybe a cam and a cam gear and upgraded injectors then the fuel pump rewire

youll DEFINITELY feel the difference in performance after a few of those mods and they wont run up a high dollar bill either.

As for exterior I would grab a set of nice looking 17s or 18s(4x4.5 lug) and clear the corners in your headlights and rear sidemiarkers(both free, do a search and youll find lots of wonderful info!) Then if you want to go to the extreme go buy the Erebuni Shogun body kit. Lots of 7g people have this kit, it is nice, but the only one available at this time. And nobody likes the nice size wheel gap we have with stock suspension so might as well get some GroundControl coilovers or Eibach lowering springs along with some KYB AGX struts to lower the ride. Front strut bars and rear lower tie bars are also available to tighten suspension up a bit...

And you already said you had the system part taken care of so go to work on other areas

I though RIPPMODS got the 7g done. Are they still waiting for a test car?

As for what kit to get there is only one as of now. It is called the Shogun Style 56 and it is made by Erebuni. Do a search here on the site or on google for some more info.

those pictures actually turned me away from the kit when i first saw them on erebuni's site. i dont know why, maybe its just the look of the stripe and everything, but i didnt like the looks of it there.. however, once i saw the kit on a few other cars (pavel, jesse), i began to like it. now im planning on gettin mine late spring/early summer...

good luck in whatever you decide to do with your ride

I'll never understand why people run ut and spend thousands on looks rather then performance first. Its funy when you see all these body kits and wings and stuff, but old ladies in shopping carts are moving faster then the car.

What ever you wanna do, it's up to you. Do you want a fast sleeper style car or a pimped out ride.

Its your car do what you want. Personally I would put everything into performance...THEN rice it out. Atleast then when your all riced up the ass you could still floor it and prove it aint all just show https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif

I think it's all personal preference. If you like your car to look good and people to notice it then go for rims, make sure your paint is good and the body kit. I personally chose the erebuni kit over the others because the kit sticks out in front instead of under the headlights with the flat look.
If you like speeding and driving like a madman, then put a ballsy motor under the hood and strip out the interior and lighten it up. I have a friend that drive a Kia Sephia, yes a kia, but it can romp corvettes. It is purple, all smashed up, 13 inch rims and grosse as hell, but he will blow my doors off. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid41/p009e7736768ea925418a628c2d83dd60/fcf6d531.jpg

Nothing worse than having a car that looks fast, but can't out run a geo metro!

yeah but sometimes no matter how fast your car is, you don't feel good about driving it because you don't like how it looks.
