Mitsubishi Wind Deflector...

I just bought a Mitsubishi Wind Deflector from the dealership yesterday and the instructions suck! Does anyone have any tips for installing the deflector or know of a link that has better instructions? Thanks...

its easy.
lay it on top of the roof.
lightly install the 2 screws from the top into the 2 hooks.
hook them on the front lip of the roof.
tighten screws.

Ok...in the instructions it says the package should include 2 machine nuts(have), 2 machine screws (have), 2 brackets (have), and 2 strips of safety tape (don't have). Do I need this tape?...it looks like there's some kind of tape wrapped around the brackets. Is this all I need? And what do I clip the brackets to? The small steal wind deflector or the body of the car? Thanks.
