Anybody know of camshafts available on the 2.4L SOHC motor?

Yes....RPW ('http://www.rpw.com.au') has them, Vision Imports can import you one (sorry, don't have the VI link)

It's not a stock replacement, but they have 2...Stage 1 which is a mild performance cam, and Stage 2 which is pretty lumpy. You could contact them for the specs on lift, duration, profile, etc. They're pretty good at replying to emails.
