Long Island Summer Meet 8-8-09

HELLO TGC!!!!!


The Date is set and ready. The location will be Captree State Park located in Long Island, NY. It is 48 miles from Manhattan via Southern State Parkway to Robert Moses Causeway (Exit 40). I will personally drive there and take pictures of the route, and things to look for so your sure you are going in the right direction. As of last summer admission to the park was $6. I do not know if it has changed since, but I will find out and post up.

Traveling From Far

If your traveling from far there are plenty of places you can stay the night, or have yourself a mini vacation. Make the necessary preparations from early so you can get the most out of your trip, and be able to make it:yesway:

Food

I will be supplying food and drinks, as well as the BBQ grill ( Don't worry TGC not the little red riding hood I had last time). Your more than welcome to contribute, or bring things to eat. More grub the better :drool:. Just post up what you will be bringing :yesway:.
