Ralliart?

since the 9g has a ralliart does the 8g have one too. have never seen one.

The 8G has the GTZ which is like the best trim level, but no, nothing like a ralliart.

there is a Galant VR4 Ralliart version...built in Japan only as far as i know

yeah, the VR-4 was mitsubishi's top of the line 8g. 250 hp awd turbo.

280 hp, 2.5 l, twin turbo and 4 wheel drive permanent...awesome machine

before end of 1996 the vr4 had 260 hp instead of 280....from 1997 to 2002 it had 280 hp

Wasn't actually branded "Ralliart" though...

There was a Ralliart Galant that was made through Ralliart in Japan, but no other way, and never from the factory.

96-98 all preface lift VR4s came with 260bhp if it was an auto, or 280bhp if it was a manual
98+ all came wit 280bhp regardless of what gearbox option

There was no "official" Ralliart VR4 as such

Around about 800 cars were imported by Ralliart UK, who branded those 800 cars as Galant VR4s, and stuck a Ralliart sticker on the back, and called them Ralliart... However Ralliart UK doesnt exsist anymore IIRC
