Speedometer Off by about 10-15mph

I recently uninstalled my s7 gauges and went back to stock. I disconnected everything as well because I installed blue bulbs on my cluster. One thing I noticed happened was my speedometer is late, I am running 65mph and the needle is showing me 55mph. Any ideas?:009:

(Mods, please delete if this has been discussed before, I tried searching but all I can find are threads about speedometers NOT WORKING)

what size wheels and tires do you have on?

the tire calculor said i am off by .844 which is about 1mph off. Any other ideas?
