Some of the Evo guys taped up their bumpers with blue painters tape to protect their bumpers from bugs and debris. They put all the tape together into a big ball :lol:

Honestly, the tape didn't protect against anything, except for bug juice. The best part was the words taped up on the side of some of the Evos - I'll try and find some pics of those :lol:

Not surprised that the GVR4 guys seperated themselves for the later gen Galants...they tend to stick with the 1g'ers from my observation and experience. Looks like there wasn't many Galants out there this year..but the ones that showed up represented quite nicely!

For some reason..MOD this year wasn't "as big" as previous ones. I could be wrong.

hahaha... this is officially the latest i've ever been to a meet (6+ hours late). the night before MOD, my battery was dead and it takes at least 12 hours to charge an optima deep cycle (i have a blue top D34M)... i had to pick up my battery at 9am from being charged overnight! then there was an accident on the higheway and i live about 1 1/2 hour away from MOD... it took over 2 1/2 hours to get to MOD. great to see everyone! I LOVE VEGAS MATT's hair... i'm gonna have to grow mine out! i'll upload my pics soon too... i took alot of BILLET's car, it looks very, very nice and should be in a mag soon after a few minor touches that he has planned. the wheels are ridiculous... rear = 20x9.5 +11 WORK VARIANZA T1S's (HUGE lip)!

Shame they didnt do that EVO properly, loving the orange c/f bonnet, but a poor effort on what looks like welding the doors up and skimming it with filler and paint, if they did it like this it would look sweet, even if its probably not as quick as this on (950bh@750lb@9570rpm, 0-150 in 8 seconds)

Seen the AMS one, which is pretty orsum, but what I mean, is that the orange one above, they have widened the rear arches and welded the rear door shut, and made it into a coupe of sorts, where as the green one, they actually cut up and shortened to make a coupe. If the orange one had that done aswell, it would be full of win and orsum
