turbo or new engine?

for a 99 4cyl galant, what kinda engine work do i have to do for the turbo? im probably gonna need an intercooler too if i get the turbo right? is it easier just to get a new engine? what kinda engines can fit in mah car? where can i find carbon fiber hood and JDM headlights?

That i can think of at the moment there are no turbo's made for our 8g, unless anyone has heard of Vision still doing theres? Ripp has a SC for us instead, which is producing very impressive numbers.. Mods for a turbo really are endless, do a search and read all the old posts..

theres no point in getting a new engine if you gonna run a low boost app. just make sure the engine is in a good running condition, as compression, not too many miles, recent tuneup....etc.
