Would Eclipse 4G seats fit in the 8g?

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have tried this application:

4G Stock seats in the 8g. Would the seat rails line up and bolt right in?

Sorry to burst the bubble but the answer is no. It's already test fitted at a dealership a year ago, if it fits you'd already seen people sporting it by now...

Is the problem that they're too big or you need custom brackets?

prob too big and wouldn't fit
and you would prob need a custom bracket

Dosn't the 3g seats fit? and the Evo but for the Evo you have to customize the seat brakets?

No, but they are full power and they weigh to much! i wish my car came with base seats but no I have the LXI/RT/GT seats.. I really need to get some racing seats, LOL
