you'd have a better shot at getting blue tinted vinyl if you're getting dem blue shitz. Otherwise, those blue bulbs is gonna give you a whilter light than stock.

Poor Newbie.

Um you need to find the light number, im sure you can find them on ebay. The thing is as said before the light output from blue isnt the best, for fogs i would say go with a white or more yellow light since the light output is better. If you really want them to stand out some you could buy some nice HID's for your heads and your fogs, I hope this helped you some.
