So i set it back to the stock evo tunes and everything is all over the place! My egt's are getting way hot, glowing turbo and manifold after 7 min low boost highway boost, maybe that is normal, Timing is way too retarded, afr's are pretty rich and that fuel cut issue still. Not getting a MAF signal for one reason or another. Still running e85. Oh and the water temp gets pretty hot. Ok its saying that i can't upload the log... its a zip file 60 kb and i have no other attachments anywhere else.

dude did u do what i told you to do on the other gazzilion posts.
YOU NEED TO A)PUT A KNOCK SENSOR OR B)COPY THE HIGH OCTANE MAP TO THE LOW OCTANE FUEL MAP AND THE COPY THE HIGH OCTANE IGNITION MAP TO THE LOW OCTANE IGNITION MAP TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUES.. YOUR TIMING IS IN THE NEGATIVES BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO KNOCK SENSOR. YOUR PROBLEM CANNOT BE CURED BY ANYTHING ELSE AND YOUR CAR WILL CONTINUE TO RUN LIKE CRAP UNTIL YOU DO WHAT I SUGGESTED.

What type of wideband system are you using to monitor AFR? And did you re-configure the software to scale the o2 sensor for E85 instead of gas? And are you logging in wideband mode or in wideband sim output?

Jonathan: Yes I already did what you have told me to sorry I didn't post that up. I'm just waiting to find a knock sensor when the dealership opens up again. My friend has some extra sensors laying around in the shop so i'm going to see if any of them might work out. I also think it might be a MAF problem because i'm not getting a reading at all. I'm only getting air volume and i'm assuming that is from the map sensor.

I'm using innovate LC-1 and no i did not reconfiger the o2 sensor for e85 because on evolutionm they say not to reconfig just shoot for 12-12.5 instead of 11-11.5 afr's. I could use Lambdea's if i wanted to but again i was told just to run a little leaner afr at wot due to the 105+ octane rating. I'm logging in wideband mode but i cannot figure out how to send the output to the evoscan software so i have to log with both logworks and evoscan.
