thats a good kit, but not what you need. That is for the newer 4g64's that are mirrored opposite of your engines orientation.

Look for one for the 94-98 galant.
I like that this kit has new valve seals. Valve seals are one of the things on our motors that lead to the most oil consumption.

Ok i didnt know if the engine direction would make a diff. with the gaskets or not... are you 100% sure?? The only ones that i can find is just the head gasket sets....

Yeah Scott, that woildnt work. There might be a few gaskets that would work, but the head gasket wont work for sure

I will tell you this before you get that in and start putting stuff on. DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT! put that oil pan gasket on. Its crap. They dont work. Our cars dont have an oil pan gasket. I like the silver RTV (oem specs) from autozone or anywhere like that. red is OK but i havent had much luck with it on a oil pan. In fact i use the silver shit on all my oil gaskets

yeah permatex ultra grey is a suitable replacement for the OEM gasket sealer. but in all honesty, there really is nothing better than driving down to the dealership and getting the OEM Mitsubishi case sealant.

that or Hondabond

all i got to say is i got that kit, its a evergreen gasket kit. All the gaskets are made from recycled materials. I used some of them but i bought a felpro head gasket, and nation seals just cause i dont trust recycled seals and that head gasket. But all in all for the price its a good deal.

Ive been running that kit for 2+ years without a problem. My friend has been running one in his mivec summit for 3 years no problem and my GF has that kit in her 2g turbo with no problems.
