jdm front end conversion

If I want to to the jdm grille conversion for my 8g is it possible to do it if its an 03? I know that the front bumper is different between the 99-01 and the 02-03. I know it would be best to get jdm headlights too. So could I just get a 99-01 front bumper and get the grille and lights to complete it?

Well first off the 99-01 bumper isnt JDM. JDM bumpers come in Old Style VR4 and New Style VR4, among others. But those are the two popular ones here.
You can fit the JDM Heads and grille with a 99-01 Bumper tho. If you want a JDM bumper & you have an 02-03 Bumper you need to remove the plate that sits in front of the radiator support, which holds up the 02-03 bumper, then you will be able to mount the bumper after trimming the metal bumper support on the ends.
The JDM Heads will not fit unless you trim into the radiator support, then the grill snaps into the heads and you can zip-tie the rest. My sig shows a pic of my JDM Heads and Old Style VR4 Bumper. You need to search to find out how to do all of this work, as I've given you ALOT already. You're welcome & Good Luck :)

Ok you're giving conflcting info. Your title says JDM FRONT END CONVERSION. Now youre saying you want a 99-01 bumper? Which is it? Yes a 99-01 bumper will fit but you need to remove the plate that is attached to the radiator support in order to fit the 99-01 grille...

you can get a 99 - 01 bumper and modify your grille to look like Ivory's grille there and it will look JDM but it really isnt. is that what you mean?

will a 99-01 bumper fit a 02-03 the answer is YES...u will need to cut off the top middle bracket on the radiator support that holds the 02-03 bumper

would JDM heads and grille fit using a 99-01 bumper, YES, u get a small gap under the heads but its nothing to talk about, looks good too
